My approach combines systematic thinking with deep domain expertise. I've spent 7+ years in sales tax compliance โ€” at TaxJar, Stripe Tax, and now Zamp. I understand the regulatory landscape, the technical challenges, and how customers actually think about compliance in their everyday workflows.

My superpower is building 0-to-1 programs that scale efficiently using AI. I design for 10x growth from day one. I leverage AI to automate workflows, analyze customer feedback, generate enablement content, and optimize operations. Systems over manual processes. Self-serve over high-touch. Strategic automation that preserves the human experience where it matters most.

I work best alongside early-stage engineering leaders who care about product details and are excited about AI's potential.
